Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. Reports its 2018 Year-End Financial Results

Newport Beach, CA, March 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the “Company”) (OTCQB: PFHO) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) its annual report on Form 10-K announcing financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018.

Results

The Company reported total revenue of $6,796,913 for the year ended December 31, 2018, compared with $6,505,527, of total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2017. The Company reported net income of $1,359,777 or $0.42 per basic and fully diluted shares for the year ended December 31, 2018, as compared to net income of $964,405 or $0.30 per basic and fully diluted share for the year ended December 31, 2017.

Net cash provided by operating activities was $1,319,093 during the year ended December 31, 2018, compared to $826,120 for the same period in 2017, an increase of $492,973 or 60% percent.  During the year ended December 31, 2018, net cash used in investing activities increased to $41,734 from $16,666 during the year ended December 31, 2017.  Net cash used in financing activities during the year ended December 31, 2018, was $19,923 compared to zero cash used in financing activities during the year ended December 31, 2017.  Cash at December 31, 2018 and 2017, was $7,072,507 and $5,815,071, respectively.
